These terms cover DIGITAL's website and services. DIGITAL is Michael Nunley, doing business as DIGITAL, based in Missouri. In these terms, "DIGITAL", "we", "us" and "I" mean Michael Nunley, doing business as DIGITAL, and "you" means the business or person using this site or our services. By using this site or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

Your free preview

We build a preview of your website first, free. You don't owe anything for a preview, and you only pay if you decide to keep your site.

What you can buy

Digital Assistance + Care: $179/month

No setup fee. Billed from the day you claim it. No contract. It includes:

• Custom website for your trade
• Hosting, security and updates
• Quote/estimate form sent to your phone
• Your Google rating shown on the site
• Automatic Google review requests after each job (set up during onboarding)
• Missed-call text-back (set up during onboarding)
• AI receptionist (set up during onboarding)

Custom Website, One-Time: $500 one-time

Paid in full when you approve your preview. It includes:

• Your custom website, built for your trade
• Launch
• The first 30 days of Care

After 30 days: keep Care for $79/month, or we hand over your site files to host yourself.

Care: $79/month

For website owners, after the first 30 days. Hosting, security, updates and small edits. No missed-call text-back, AI receptionist or review requests. No contract.

Missed-call text-back, the AI receptionist and automatic Google review requests are set up with you during onboarding; they aren't running until then.

Payments

Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe; this site never sees or stores them. Monthly plans renew each month from the day they start until you cancel. The one-time price is paid in full when you approve your preview.

Refunds

Monthly plans: no refunds for months already billed; cancelling stops the next charge. Custom Website ($500): paid only after you approve your preview, so it's non-refundable once launched. If DIGITAL can't deliver the approved site, you get a full refund.

Cancelling

No contract. Cancel anytime. Your site stays live through the end of your paid month. If you cancel Digital Assistance + Care, your site goes offline after your last paid month. If you bought the website outright and don't keep Care, we hand over your site files so you can host them yourself.

Who owns what

You own your business name, logo, photos and content. If we register a domain for you, it's registered in your business's name and is yours. On Digital Assistance + Care, the website build and hosting stay with DIGITAL; if you buy the website outright, the site files are yours to take.

Your content

You're responsible for the content you give us, like your business name, logo, photos and text, and for having the right to use it. You let us use it to build, host and update your site.

What we don't promise

We work to keep your site fast, secure and online, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We don't promise any number of calls, jobs, revenue or search rankings.

Text messages (SMS)

• If you check the box on our contact form, DIGITAL may text the number you gave us: replies about your inquiry, your free preview and setting up a call. Texts come from (636) 246-9280.
• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one text confirming it, and no more after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at mjaydigitalco@gmail.com or (636) 246-9280.
• Agreeing to texts is optional and isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number and your consent is in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
