- What's the catch?
- No catch. We build your preview first, free, and you only pay if you want it: $179/month with no setup fee and no contract, or $500 to buy the website outright.
- Do I own it?
- You own your business name, logo, photos and content, and any domain we register for you is in your business's name. On Digital Assistance + Care the website build and hosting stay with DIGITAL; if you buy the website outright, the site files are yours.
- What if I cancel?
- No contract: cancel anytime and your site stays live through the end of your paid month. After that, a Digital Assistance + Care site goes offline; if you bought the website outright and don't keep Care, we hand over your site files.
- Can you help me get Google reviews?
- On Digital Assistance + Care, yes: an automatic Google review request after each job, and your latest reviews shown on your site, set up during onboarding. They aren't part of the one-time website or Care, and nobody can promise how many you'll get.
- Can customers chat or book online on my site?
- On Digital Assistance + Care, yes: a chat assistant and online booking are set up on your site during onboarding. They aren't part of the one-time website or Care.
- I already have a Facebook page.
- Keep it. A website gives Google and your customers a real page for your business, with your number, your services and a quote form that sends requests straight to your phone.
- How long does it take?
- Days, not weeks. Once I have your details and photos, you get a working preview to look at on your phone.
- Do I need to do anything?
