This policy explains what information DIGITAL collects through this website, how we use it and who we share it with. DIGITAL is Michael Nunley, doing business as DIGITAL, based in Missouri. "DIGITAL", "we", "us" and "I" mean Michael Nunley, doing business as DIGITAL.

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, business name, phone number, the best time to call, what you need, and whether you checked the box to receive text messages.
• The chat: your messages and the replies. If you give your name, phone number and business name in the chat, we save them so we can call you back.
• Payments: checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store them. Stripe shares with us your name, email, phone number, business name and what you bought.
• Personal preview links: if you open a preview link we sent you, we record the code in that link, the page you opened and when, so we know you've seen it.
• Visit statistics: cookie-free page view counts from Vercel Web Analytics (pages viewed, referring site, country and device type), without a profile of you.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and prevent abuse, for example to limit how many chat messages can be sent.

How we use it

To reply to you, call you back, build your preview, provide and bill the services you buy, text you about your inquiry if you agreed to it, and keep the site secure. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Text messages

If you check the box on our contact form, we may text you from (636) 246-9280 about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is optional and isn't a condition of any purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and our business, and only so they can do that work:

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Neon (the database that stores form and chat messages and preview-link visits)
• Web3Forms (delivers form messages to our inbox)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic (writes the chat assistant's replies)
• Twilio (our phone line, and text messages once they're set up)

The site also loads its typeface from Google Fonts and, on desktop, an animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare), so those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

No advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves a few settings in your browser: your color theme, whether you've seen the intro and the chat tip, and the preview link code for the tab you're in. The owner's dashboard uses one sign-in cookie, for the owner only.

How long we keep it

We keep form and chat messages and payment records for as long as we need them to work with you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
